Security
We use PAYPAL payments as it is the most secure method of website payments. As an internet shopper over the years I have always been wary of giving my credit card details over the internet. With paypal your information remains secure to your paypal account. We will not have access to records of you credit card details.

For security reasons we will not take credit card payments by telephone. You are welcome to make payments by by cheque, banks transfer, bankers draft or postal order - please contact us for mailing address and payment details.

As we do business on eBay please note we will not be willing to accept any Nigerian cobblers about cashing cheques and we will not accept Western Union, Bidpay or any other shonky nonsense scam attempts. Please do not insult our intelligence with obvious phishing emails.

Phone Condition  
Many of the phones we sell are secondhand/ second-user/ preloved (call it what you like) unless they are specifically listed as new. As a result these secondhand phones may have some traces of cosmetic wear. Remember some of the phones may be up to 22 years old. We try to source the very best condition phones but please be aware that you are buying used goods. We do sell mint or new-old-stock examples, but these will be described as such. When buying secondhand please assume that the phone you purchase will have some signs of wear and tear, however, we will not sell you junk. These phones are modern collectables and future antiques and, like any antique, they are likely to have developed what people often refer to as 'character'

Phones will only come with owners manual and original packaging if this is specifically mentioned. Otherwise assume they come without.

All our phones undergo a cleaning and test procedure, however we cannot guarantee the longevity or continuous performance of electrical items up to 22 years old. We ask that you bear this in mind before you purchase. 

In all cases we will attempt to describe the items as accurately as possible.

If you are unsure, please contact us for details of the condition of the phone you intend to purchase in advance and we can advise you or send pictures of the exact phone you will receive.

We cannot offer warranty on any of the batteries which we sell unless they are specifically described as new. These batteries can be up to 22 years old. They do have a lifespan and sometimes will die, but do not worry as we can usually supply you with replacements. 

All batteries are tested before they leave us and they will not be sent out unless we are sure they can hold charge. Unfortunately we do not have as crystal ball: They might work for a day, a year or a decade.
