Q: What will be the condition of the phone I get, will it
be boxed, and what sort of warranty do I get?

All phones are supplied as just phone and battery unless
specified.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Normally 48 hours to process, pack and dispatch your
order and then:
1 to 3 business days for UK, 5 to 7
business days for Europe,
and 7 to 14 business days for USA & rest of the world
Q: How much is my phone worth?
A: Regrettably we cant offer a valuation service, Sorry.
Q: Do you buy phones?
A: Sometimes, but usually only the earliest iconic brick
phones, or those already featured on our site.
Q: Can I ask questions via telephone?
A: Regrettably we do not currently offer telephone support.
